Panic

People who experience panic attacks experience a rush of physical symptoms which may include, a feeling of nausea, a faster heart beat, feeling hot, experiencing tingly fingers or toes and having a jelly legs sensation.

These symptoms can come out of the blue and at anytime and can seem very frightening.

Some people can experience several attacks a day whilst others may experience them once a month depending on how severe the problem is.
